Upon receipt of your request, we will assign you a return number that you must attach to your package. We will also give you the return address for your package. Please note, in accordance with the general conditions of sale , you must return the package to us in its packaging with all accessories, transport documents and the return form. Products returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or having been used cannot be taken back by the company.

Upon receipt of the returned products, the company will inform the customer of the effective date of reimbursement of the price of the latter, which will occur no later than the month following the date on which the customer made his right of withdrawal.
